GIS Day Celebration and Map Contest
The Department of Geography and the University Libraries’ Davis Library Research Hub are collaborating to host two events on GIS Day!
Please join us for the Student Map Competition and Humanitarian Mapathon!
Map competition event: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Students should submit their map before noon on Nov 12, 2019.
Winners will be decided by a popular vote.
The top three winners will receive a prize.
After the map competition, join us for the Humanitarian Mapathon from 4-6pm.
Student consultants will provide training and assistance.
Snacks will be provided.
