Event Information

Bead Weaving for Beginners

In this workshop, we will learn a bead work technique known as even count peyote stitch to create a custom ring. We will go over some of the basics of bead work and spend the rest of the time practicing our technique! Materials will be provided by the Library MakerSpace. No experience needed, just bring your questions! (Note: The techniques in this workshop use fine motor skills that require hand dexterity. Larger beads and yarn can be used as substitutes to learn the technique if needed.)

The event will take place in the Library MakerSpace on the entry level of the Undergraduate Library across from the service desk. Register to reserve a spot!
