This online workshop will explain what generative AI is and how it is being used in higher education. Resources for learning more about generative AI through PromptLab and campus guidance about GenAI use will be featured.

PromptLab is a user-friendly platform to interact with AI with no technical experience needed. You can use an assortment of open-source and cloud-based models, all managed by UNC and protected with institutional data safeguards This workshop will teach you how PromptLab can support your teaching, learning, or work.

This workshop is offered by the University Libraries and will be led by librarian Lynn Eades and Naa Norley Vanderpuye-Orgle

This workshop is being offered remotely via Zoom only. Registrants will receive a Zoom link; those on the waitlist will not receive a Zoom link unless they are bumped up to a registered spot.

All registrants however, will receive access to the meeting recording and resources.
