GenAI and Copyright & Data Privacy

Generative AI is changing the way we think about copyright, citation, and other intellectual property issues. Join us to learn how to ethically use GenAI.
Attendees will:

  • Navigate copyright and content-use boundaries in GenAI tools.
  • Examine privacy, intellectual property and data security risks of GenAI.
  • Know how to credit GenAI contributions in your work through appropriate citation or attribution.

This workshop is offered by the University Libraries and will be led by librarians Jamie Conklin and Collin Drummond.

This workshop is being offered remotely via Zoom only. Registrants will receive a Zoom link; those on the waitlist will not receive a Zoom link unless they are bumped up to a registered spot.

All registrants however, will receive access to the meeting recording and resources.
