Preparing for Career Success: Data Management (Graduate School Event)

More and more funders are requiring data management plans as part of grant funding applications.  Learning the basics of data management now will help you enormously as you begin your graduate work and research career.

After this online workshop, you will be able to:

  • Describe what data management is and why it’s important, including relevant funding agency policies for managing/sharing research data.
  • List some strategies and tools for managing data, both for personal and research purposes.
  • Employ those strategies and tools to improve your data management practices.

Graduate students and post-docs from all disciplines welcome.
