SUMMARY:Managing Your Research: Project Planning and Data Management for the Humanities and Social Sciences
DESCRIPTION:Creating a project and data management plan is an essential 
 component of planning your research project. This online workshop will 
 cover the various phases of research for projects in the humanities and 
 social sciences\, creating a data management plan\, and long-term 
 preservation of your project and data. We will also include questions and 
 considerations to keep in mind\, such as technologies to use\, seeking 
 funding\, publishing platforms\, and more. By the end of the workshop\, 
 attendees will be prepared to begin planning their upcoming research 
 project from research question development to preservation.\n\n \n\nThis 
 workshop is offered by the University Libraries and will be led by 
 librarians Rolando Rodriguez and Michele Hayslett. \n\n \n\nThis workshop 
 is being offered remotely via Zoom only. Registrants will receive a Zoom 
 link\; those on the waitlist will not receive a Zoom link unless they are 
 bumped up to a registered spot. After the workshop\, registrants and those 
 on the waitlist will receive a link to the workshop recording.
