Lightning Rounds: Technology in Research and Teaching (Davis Library)

This event is part of the CFE Faculty Foundations: Events and Resources for Faculty New to Carolina series.

Are you interested in learning more about the technology and expertise available to you from the University Libraries? Join us for a series of lightning-fast introductions to the variety of technologies offered by the Libraries, with time afterwards to ask questions and speak with experts. Technology to be introduced includes the Liquid Galaxy digital Earth display, mapping and visualization, data services, digital exhibits, digital health devices, makerspaces, augmented and virtual reality, the lightboard studio, design and media software, media equipment and editing tools, and sequencing data tools. Hear about how others have used these technologies in research and instruction connect with experts about your needs and ideas.
