SkillfUL: Prototyping w/ Adobe XD

Thinking about making your app idea into a reality but don't know what to use to design it? Come to this session and learn the fundamentals of using this industry standard prototyping tool: Adobe XD. You will learn to design user interface elements and connect it together to show a working prototype.

The Prototyping w/ Adobe XD workshop will be at the Undergraduate Library, Room 124, on Thursday, February 13, 2020 from 6-7pm.

*** In order to participate fully in the Adobe sessions, you MUST have an AdobeID prior to attending the session. Not having it by the time the session begins can result in not being able to participate in the activities.

If you plan to use your own laptop, please download Adobe Creative Cloud, then install Adobe XD.

Students: You can request for a student AdobeID account by clicking on “Student Order” on the ITS Adobe webpage.

Faculty and Staff: You can request for an instructional, research, or administrative AdobeID by going to the link and following directions: through ITS.

IMPORTANT: ITS will have to approve your request for the software. Though turnaround time, especially during business hours, can be relatively quick, it is not instant. Please request the software at least one business day before the workshop.

General computer skills are required, but you do not need specialized prior knowledge.

Registration is required. Bringing your own laptop is encouraged.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Sam Mandani at smandani[at]live[dot]unc[dot]edu.
