SkillfUL: Adobe Photoshop

If you missed our first session of Adobe Photoshop, here is another opportunity to learn the basics of using the available tools in Photoshop that can help you create flyers and posters or retouch and edit old photos.

The Adobe Photoshop workshop will be at the Undergraduate Library, Room 124, on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 from 1-2pm.

*** In order to participate fully in the Adobe sessions, you MUST have an AdobeID prior to attending the session. Not having it by the time the session begins can result in not being able to participate in the activities.

If you plan to use your own laptop, please download Adobe Creative Cloud, then install Adobo Photoshop.

Students: You can request for a student AdobeID account by clicking on “Student Order” on the ITS Adobe webpage.

Faculty and Staff: You can request for an instructional, research, or administrative AdobeID by going to the link and following directions: through ITS.

IMPORTANT: ITS will have to approve your request for the software. Though turnaround time, especially during business hours, can be relatively quick, it is not instant. Please request the software at least one business day before the workshop.

General computer skills are required, but you do not need specialized prior knowledge.

Registration is required. Bringing your own laptop is encouraged.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Sam Mandani at smandani[at]live[dot]unc[dot]edu.
