DESCRIPTION:This workshop is being offered remotely via Zoom only. 
 Registrants will receive a Zoom link\; those on the waitlist will not 
 receive a Zoom link unless they are bumped up to a registered spot. The day 
 after the workshop\, registrants and those on the waitlist will receive a 
 link to the workshop recording.\n\n \n\nCreating maps for the web is an 
 excellent way to visualize information and communicate research. ArcGIS 
 Online is a popular web mapping platform used for online data analysis and 
 visualization. Attend this online workshop to learn how fun it can be to 
 make sharable\, interactive maps.\n\nThis hands-on\, guided workshop will 
 begin with an overview of the capabilities of ArcGIS Online. By the end of 
 the workshop\, participants will know how to add data to ArcGIS Online\, 
 create web maps\, and more!\n\n \n\nNote: While everyone is welcome to join 
 this workshop\, we can only facilitate access to ArcGIS Online for 
 UNC-Chapel Hill affiliates.
