DESCRIPTION:This workshop is being offered remotely via Zoom only. 
 Registrants will receive a Zoom link\; those on the waitlist will not 
 receive a Zoom link unless they are bumped up to a registered spot. After 
 the workshop\, registrants and those on the waitlist will receive a link to 
 the workshop recording.\n\n \n\n \n\nArcGIS Pro is one of the most widely 
 used GIS software platforms\, with a range of applications that include 
 business analytics\, natural and health sciences\, transportation\, and 
 more. Its suite of tools offers capabilities for analytics and data 
 science\, automation\, data management and editing\, image analysis\, and 
 artificial intelligence.\n\nThis hands-on course for beginners will provide 
 an overview of ArcGIS Pro\, including its layout and capabilities. Topics 
 covered will include importing geographic data\, styling and symbolizing 
 data\, querying and selecting data\, making basic maps\, and more!\n\nNote: 
 While everyone is welcome to join this workshop\, we can only facilitate 
 access to ArcGIS Pro for UNC-Chapel Hill affiliates.\n\n \n\nThis workshop 
 is offered by University Libraries and will be led by librarians Philip 
 McDaniel.
