SUMMARY:Manage Your Research with Tropy
DESCRIPTION:This workshop is being offered remotely via Zoom only. 
 Registrants will receive a Zoom link\; those on the waitlist will not 
 receive a Zoom link unless they are bumped up to a registered spot. The day 
 after the workshop\, registrants and those on the waitlist will receive a 
 link to the workshop recording.\n\nConducting research with lots of images 
 and not sure how to organize them? This workshop will walk participants 
 through using a tool called Tropy to manage such research materials. 
 Participants will learn about features like subject/theme tagging\, adding 
 metadata\, and merging separate photos\, say\, of multiple pages of a 
 letter\, into one object\, among others. Tropy even lets you add tags or 
 metadata to many files at once.\n\nThis workshop is offered by the 
 University Libraries and led by librarian Michele Hayslett.
